Weekend Scanner Calendar
How to use the Google Weekend Scanner Calendar
First log into the google calendar page
- Usermail: mp300weekends@gmail.com
- Please email Heather for the password
To view Saturday and Sunday on the same page pick Saturday and view it as one Day and then hit the 2 Days button
- The scanner times that are booked will be in red and labeled as a research or clinical scan with the scanner name and who booked the time.
- Here is an example: PRISMA BOOKED RESEARCH THOMAS
To add a scan time please use blue to block your time and label it with:
- Scanner name in CAPS
- What you are scanning either a volunteer or phantom in CAPS
- Your name with a dash
- Your PI
- Here is an example: PRISMA PHANTOM Thomas Martin-Kyung Sung
This calendar is only for the current coming weekend and it will be updated on Friday afternoons, an email will be sent when the calendar is updated.
You cannot sign up for any future weekend using this calendar.
To sign up for a future weekend you must contact one of the schedulers on a weekday.
On Monday you must give your requisition paperwork to one of the schedulers, then they will add the information to the official calendar.
