Research Project:

I profile chromosome conformation in developing human brains and leveraged this dataset to understand genes of actions for schizophrenia GWAS loci and non-coding regulatory elements related to human brain evolution. This approach can be widely used to functionally annotate non-coding regulatory elements and delineate disease mechanisms for complex genetic disorders.
