Ji-Youn and Dr. Cai has collaborated with Dr. Yibin Wang’ group to characterize the phenotype of PP2Cm knockout mice; we found that mitochondrial ROS production is increased in these mice. PP2Cm is a novel mitochondrion localized protein phosphatase discovered by Dr. Wang’s group. This study is now published in J Clin Invest, see link:
