In April, Dr. Cai served as a Session Chair for "Vascular Growth and Development" and an Invited Speaker on "New Directions of Angiogenic Signaling: From Netrin-1 to VEGF". Dr. Ji-Youn Youn presented her paper entitled "Ezrin and calpain mediate VEGF activation of eNOS via parallel activation of PI3K and AMPK". Dr. Ling Gao presented his paper entitled "Role of NOXs in reactive oxygen species production induced by oscillatory shear".
