Please note the following schedule changes for the 2023-2024 holiday periods.
THANKSGIVING Holiday Week: There will not be any Vendor Deliveries, Imports, or Outgoing shipments on November 20th -24th, 2023. The order deadline for animals to arrive on November 27th & November 28th, 2023 delivery is Tuesday, November 14th, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.
CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR
Holiday Weeks:Vendor Deliveries, Imports or Outgoing shipments will NOT occur from December 25th, 2023 through January 5th, 2024.
The last delivery dates for 2023 are December 18th, 19th, & 20th, depending on the vendor.
The order deadline for those delivery dates is December 12th, 2023 for non-usda covered species. The USDA covered species order deadline is December 5th, to arrive December 18-19, 2023.
The first delivery date for 2024 will be January 9th. The order deadline for that delivery date is December 19th, 2023.
All orders placed between the dates of 12/20/2023 and 01/09/2024 will be processed to arrive on 01/16/2024 as space allows.
Please inform all users in your department about the holiday delivery schedules. This document is posted on the DLAM website under Announcements.
