DG801- DLAM Guideline- Responding to HVAC/Utility Outage during Weekends and Holidays

Facility Outages: DLAM works directly with Facilities Management for planned/scheduled and unplanned/unscheduled facility outages.

Facility Outages include, but not limited to:

• Electrical power
• HVAC (supply/exhaust fans)
• Chiller (cooling)
• Steam (heating)
• hot/cold water
• gas
• compress air

 

Responsible personnel involved in the process of Facilitiy Outages include, but not limited to:

• DLAM: Operations Technicians, Lead/Supervisor staffs, Veterinarian staff, Emergency Response Team
• Researchers: PI, Lab Managers, Lab Members
• Facility Management: Trouble Call Desk, TCD responders, designated contact persons
• EH&S (applicable safety office(s))
• Building Manager
• Occupational Health
