1. Immediately alert others in close proximity
2. Remove Contaminated Clothing/PPE (available in spill kit)
3. Rinse/Flush any exposed skin or eyes (15min)- if necessary
4. Get Spill Kit
5. Place Spill Clean Up Sign on door to warn others
6. Don new PPE
7. Wait 30 minutes before entering room to allow aerosols to settle or vent
8. Use the proper spill kit bag (Chemical vs. Biohazard) out of the kit

If Injured and after following steps 1-5:

• Notify a supervisor immediately get paperwork
• Go to Occupational Health
• Supervisor will take care of spill
